These terms apply to enquiries, quotations and orders placed with WOOL O WOOL through this website, WhatsApp, email or our outlet.
Website prices are indicative until the article, fabric, colour, sizes, quantity, customisation and delivery requirements are confirmed. An order is accepted only after WOOL O WOOL confirms the final quotation and receives the required advance.
Prices may vary by quantity, size, fabric and logo work. GST, delivery and any special packing or handling charges will be shown or confirmed before the order is accepted.
A 50% advance is required to confirm an order unless different written terms are agreed. Production begins after order details, artwork and advance payment are confirmed. The balance must be paid as agreed before dispatch or delivery.
The customer is responsible for checking the submitted size quantities, spelling, logo, colours and placement before approval. Screen colours may vary slightly from actual fabric. Custom production follows the approved sample, artwork or written specification, subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.
The delivery period starts after confirmation of the order, advance and all required approvals. Dates are estimates and may change because of fabric availability, approval delays, transport disruption or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will communicate material delays.
Contact and delivery details supplied by the customer are used to process the enquiry or order and provide related support. The customer must provide complete and accurate information.
By confirming an order or making payment, the customer accepts these terms together with the applicable quotation and our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
